Blinky is the leader of the four ghosts. On their adventures they always pursue Pac-Man. He appears in the Pac-Man series of games and is a major enemy of Pac-Man. He comes from Ghost Island just like other ghosts. As a ghost he is able to use powers like turn transparent or walk through walls.
